DESKTOP COMPUTER SYSTEM LIMITED WARRANTIES
StartUpPC
warrants this product and its parts against defects in
materials or workmanship for one year labor and one year
part from the original date of invoice. During this period, StartUpPC will repair or replace
defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at StartUpPC's option,
without charge to you. All
original parts replaced by StartUpPC become property of StartUpPC.
You are responsible for the payment, at current rates, for
any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty.
Except
as provided below, StartUpPC is not liable for any loss, cost,
expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or
inability to use the computer.
Under no circumstances shall StartUpPC be liable for any
loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase
price of the computer.
The
warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of
all others, oral or written, expressed or implied.
Warranty
Conditions
The
above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

This
warranty covers only normal use of the computer. StartUpPC shall not be liable under this warranty if any
damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect,
improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire,
flood, lightning or improper electric current; or (iii) service
or alteration by anyone other than an authorized StartUpPC
representative. (iv) In addition, we are not responsible for any software malfunctions including but not limited to spyware and viruses.

No
warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s)
furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.

StartUpPC
accepts no responsibility for
any software programs, data or information stored on any media
or any parts of any products repaired by StartUpPC.

All
pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under
non-StartUpPC software vender’s term and conditions provided
with the packages.

This
warranty does not cover any third party software or virus
related problems. This includes but is not limited to pop-up problems and computer issues caused by spyware.

This warranty only services malfunctions or hardware related errors, including but not limited to the computer not turning on and a device not working.
Procedures
for Obtaining Warranty Service
RMA
(Returning Merchandise Authorization) Policy:
If
repairs are required, StartUpPC will setup an RMA for your product. RMA
and services are rendered by StartUpPC
only.
Should
you have any problems with your computer, please follow these
procedures to obtain the service:
1.
If you are having technical difficulties, please e-mail Support@startuppc.com. From there, we'll be able to determine what the issue is and whether any repairs or on-site servicing is required
2.
If the computer must be repaired, a RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization Number) will be issued for our product supplier. A StartUpPC support staff will come to your house to pack up the computer and ship out the defective part(s). In the event that no repair was required upon the technicians arrival, the customer will pay a $40 dollar service charge.
3.
Upon recieving the defective part, StartUpPC will repair or replace
the part (at StartUpPC's discretion) and will come back to
you within 10-14 business days to install the replacement part

This
product is warranted to the original purchaser against any defects

This warranty applies only to computers and components
originally configured and manufactured by StartUpPC.

Warranty section of this manual.
